The hotel's location is misleading, as it is actually situated in Zarafshan, not Navoi. The website and other sites falsely advertise it as a Navoi hotel, causing confusion for guests. Despite this, the hotel itself is impressive. The staff are respectful and always willing to assist, with a welcoming smile. The rooms boast a charming classical design, adding a touch of elegance. The restaurant serves delicious, clean meals, including a superb breakfast. guests can enjoy the sauna and hammam facilities, adding a touch of relaxation to their stay.
There is a lack of international television channels available, with only Uzbek channels being shown on the TV.

The location is perfect for those wanting to explore the city, with many restaurants and shops nearby.
There were a few negatives to our stay. Our TV only showed local Uzbek channels, which was a bit disappointing.
